Questions patients actually ask
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, but booked patients are prioritized. Walk-ins are usually accommodated within the day for quick concerns like consultations or adjustments. For cleaning or procedures, booking ahead guarantees your slot.
Is the first consultation really only ₱600?
Yes, and it already includes one digital X-ray and a written treatment plan with prices. You are free to take that plan home, think about it, or even get a second opinion. No pressure, ever.
I have not seen a dentist in years. Will I be judged?
Never. About half our new patients say exactly this on their first visit. We care about where your teeth go from here, not where they have been. Tell us you are nervous and we will go at your pace.
Do you accept HMO or installment payments?
We assist with HMO reimbursement paperwork for most major providers. For treatments above ₱10,000, like braces or multiple restorations, we offer in-house installment plans. We accept cash, cards, GCash, and Maya.
Where exactly are you located? Is there parking?
We are on the 2nd floor of a building along Legazpi Street, Legazpi Village, Makati, a 5 minute walk from Greenbelt 1. Pay parking is available in the building basement and at nearby lots.
How long does a braces treatment take?
Most cases run 18 to 30 months, with adjustments every 4 to 6 weeks. Dr. Sofia gives you a realistic timeline at the free consultation, based on your actual case rather than a best-case estimate.
